1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jaya best ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the website located at jaya-best.com and all associated services, game products, sportsbook features, promotional offers, and customer support communications made available through the platform.

By accessing the jaya best platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jaya best are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jaya best supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players:

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

jaya best offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general policy, the promotion-specific term will prevail.

Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to your jaya best account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotional terms but is typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested against that bonus.

Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%) than slots (which typically contribute 100%). 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

• The bet was placed on an event where the result was already determined at the time of placement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

jaya best employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviours will result in an immediate freeze of the relevant account, a full audit of the account's transaction and betting history, and a final determination by jaya best's compliance team.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jaya best reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).
• jaya best's reasonable determination that continued operation of the account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your jaya best account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before submitting a closure request, please ensure that any remaining balance is withdrawn in full, as account closure does not constitute automatic forfeiture of a legitimate positive balance. Withdrawal requests submitted before closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placed). jaya best will notify you by email before applying any dormant account fee. A monthly maintenance fee of up to ৳200 per month may be deducted from a dormant account balance to cover administrative costs. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any pending verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and jaya best. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
